AIOC Joins AIAC in Historic Move for Football Observers
AIOC's General Assembly has unanimously approved its integration into AIAC, marking a historic milestone for football observers in Italy.
On July 2, 2026, the General Assembly of AIOC (Italian Association of Football Observers) convened and unanimously approved its integration into AIAC (Italian Coaches Association). This decision marks a significant milestone for AIOC, heralding a new era of growth, consolidation, and representation for football observers within one of Italy's foremost football associations.
The outcome of the vote signifies a historic moment for AIOC, as it aims to enhance the visibility and professional standing of football observers. Representing AIOC on the AIAC Qualifications Council will be:
- Giannandrea Giancarlo (Representative for FIGC Observers)
- Jacomuzzi Carlo (Representative for Unqualified Observers, supporters of AIAC)
These representatives are tasked with advocating for the interests of football observers, contributing to the AIAC Qualifications Council's activities, and fostering ongoing dialogue with national association bodies. The goal is to further enhance the role of the football observer in the professional landscape.
