The Gemini Season...

Gemini is a sign of understanding the world and interacting with it. It is an air sign and mutable; one that connects worlds and never stays in one place, with a single knowledge or a single vision/opinion of things.
Gemini tells us that to deepen the path of individuation, which here involves the acceptance of the two polarities within oneself (the myth of Castor and Pollux - one mortal and the other divine), curiosity must be an integral part of daily life. This energy encourages us to learn more in order to change, evolve, to understand what opposes and connects us; to explore the duality that makes up the world.
Unlike Taurus, Gemini accepts the other "reality" because it feels it; it knows that nothing is solely what it appears to be, it has heard multiple truths and explores their vastness. The mind is governed by Gemini; it hears this inner voice, this inherent dualism within oneself.
It also understands that what is above is also below; it connects and traverses spirit and matter. It is the one who disseminates the seeds planted by Aries. Gemini represents intellect, exchanges, curiosity, mobility, all types of communication, knowledge... It seeks to understand who it is through the other.
Opposite, we have Sagittarius. And Sagittarius teaches Gemini not to want to understand everything, for sometimes not everything can have an answer that comes from reasoning. When priority is given to either the mind or the heart, one of the two will inevitably be out of balance; here with Gemini, it is the mind that may sometimes seek to control through argumentation, through the multitude of topics initiated and sometimes never completed. Dispersion can then become Gemini's weakness, which, in seeking to know everything, finds itself blocked by the plurality and vastness of the task.
Mercury governs Gemini; it is the psychopomp, the guide, and the boundary crosser. Therefore, one must accept to return knowledge, to find ways to circulate it. Where you have Gemini in your chart is where the need to learn and communicate is most felt, and during this period, our consciousness is invited to circulate information between light and shadow areas.
What Gemini teaches us: to name the unspeakable and to connect what seems opposed or separated. It also challenges us to transcend the archetype of the "Puer Aeternus" (the eternal child) who flits about out of fear of commitment (to choose is to accept loss).
